It was very smooth process. The person behind the desk was very helpful and served with smiling face.

+ Very good contact with staff + Free Wi-Fi + Reception Area + Very big room and good size of the bed + Nice swimming pool (only inside the bulding) + Market near place + Some good restaurants close to the hotel + Parking place + Kitchen area

Mr Mohammed Altuhaili was very welcoming and nice.. And helped me a lot I would come again here bcz of him

The Consistency of the good quality service ,cleanliness, and preparation that makes me rested to not look for other places to stay every time, I visited Terrace view for more than 20 times last two years on different times of the year, and they keep their good standards. It is not luxury place, but it is the required place to rest in while travelling for couple of days Just avoid the 4th floor in the summer since ACs might not work efficiently

At the reception, Bdoor got me a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. They welcomed me with Twix and Mars bars + few drinks. I was allowed a late checkout during my stay. Overall, good value for the money.
